the materials of hot foil plates

As we know, there are different materials of hot foil plates for different substrates, such as brass plate, zinc plates,and magnesium plate.

Brass PLATE

Brass plate is used for soft subtrates like leather. It features high thermal conductivity and life service life. But because it has higher hardness, it is easy to crack on the edge.

zinc plate

Zinc plate is relatively cheaper to make it, but the service life is short, when It prints around 3000 pieces, it should be replaced by new one.

Magnesium plate

Magnesium plate has longer service life, it is good for printing thicker paper, textile, and the edge of pattern is clearer.
